1	（可拉後裔的詩歌，交與伶長。調用女音。）神是我們的避難所，是我們的力量，是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。

		2	所以，地雖改變，山雖搖動到海心，
			Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
		3	其中的水雖匉訇翻騰，山雖因海漲而戰抖，我們也不害怕。（細拉）
			Though the waters thereof roar be troubled, the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
		4	有一道河，這河的分汊使神的城歡喜；這城就是至高者居住的聖所。
			# There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy of the tabernacles of the most High.
		5	神在其中，城必不動搖；到天一亮，神必幫助這城。
			God in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, right early.
		6	外邦喧嚷，列國動搖；神發聲，地便鎔化。
			The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
		7	萬軍之耶和華與我們同在；雅各的神是我們的避難所！（細拉）
			The LORD of hosts with us; the God of Jacob our refuge. Selah.
		8	你們來看耶和華的作為，看他使地怎樣荒涼。
			Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
		9	他止息刀兵，直到地極；他折弓、斷槍，把戰車焚燒在火中。
			He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
		10	你們要休息，要知道我是神！我必在外邦中被尊崇，在遍地上也被尊崇。
			Be still, and know that I God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
		11	萬軍之耶和華與我們同在；雅各的神是我們的避難所！
			The LORD of hosts with us; the God of Jacob our refuge. Selah.
