論摩押。萬軍之耶和華以色列的神如此說：尼波有禍了！因變為荒場。基列亭蒙羞被攻取；米斯迦蒙羞被毀壞； |
|
|
|
Against Moab thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Woe unto Nebo! for it is spoiled: Kiriathaim is confounded # and taken: Misgab is confounded and dismayed. |
|
|

|
摩押不再被稱讚。有人在希實本設計謀害他，說：來吧！我們將他剪除，不再成國。瑪得緬哪，你也必默默無聲；刀劍必追趕你。 |
|
|
|
There shall be no more praise of Moab: in Heshbon they have devised evil against it; come, and let us cut it off from a nation. Also thou shalt be cut down, O Madmen; the sword shall pursue thee. |
|
|

從何羅念有喊荒涼大毀滅的哀聲： |
|
|
|
A voice of crying from Horonaim, spoiling and great destruction. |
|
|
4
|
摩押毀滅了！他的孩童（或作：家僮）發哀聲，使人聽見。 |
|
|
|
Moab is destroyed; her little ones have caused a cry to be heard. |
|
|
5
|
人上魯希坡隨走隨哭，因為在何羅念的下坡聽見毀滅的哀聲。 |
|
|
|
For in the going up of Luhith continual weeping shall go up; for in the going down of Horonaim the enemies have heard a cry of destruction. |
|
|
6
|
你們要奔逃，自救性命，獨自居住，好像曠野的杜松。 |
|
|
|
Flee, save your lives, and be like the heath in the wilderness. |
|
|
7
|
你因倚靠自己所做的和自己的財寶必被攻取。基抹和屬他的祭司、首領也要一同被擄去。 |
|
|
|
For because thou hast trusted in thy works and in thy treasures, thou shalt also be taken: and Chemosh shall go forth into captivity his priests and his princes together. |
|
|

|
行毀滅的必來到各城，並無一城得免。山谷必致敗落，平原必被毀壞；正如耶和華所說的。 |
|
|
|
And the spoiler shall come upon every city, and no city shall escape: the valley also shall perish, and the plain shall be destroyed, as the LORD hath spoken. |
|
|

|
要將翅膀給摩押，使他可以飛去。他的城邑必致荒涼，無人居住。 |
|
|
|
Give wings unto Moab, that it may flee and get away: for the cities thereof shall be desolate, without any to dwell therein. |
|
|
10
|
（懶惰為耶和華行事的，必受咒詛；禁止刀劍不經血的，必受咒詛。） |
|
|
|
Cursed he that doeth the work of the LORD deceitfully, and cursed he that keepeth back his sword from blood. |
|
|
11
|
摩押自幼年以來常享安逸，如酒在渣滓上澄清，沒有從這器皿倒在那器皿裡，也未曾被擄去。因此，他的原味尚存，香氣未變。 |
|
|
|
Moab hath been at ease from his youth, and he hath settled on his lees, and hath not been emptied from vessel to vessel, neither hath he gone into captivity: therefore his taste remained in him, and his scent is not changed. |
|
|

耶和華說：「日子將到，我必打發倒酒的往他那裡去，將他倒出來，倒空他的器皿，打碎他的𠯿子。 |
|
|
|
Therefore, behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will send unto him wanderers, that shall cause him to wander, and shall empty his vessels, and break their bottles. |
|
|

|
摩押必因基抹羞愧，像以色列家從前倚靠伯特利的神羞愧一樣。 |
|
|
|
And Moab shall be ashamed of Chemosh, as the house of Israel was ashamed of Bethel their confidence. |
|
|
14
|
你們怎麼說：我們是勇士，是有勇力打仗的呢？ |
|
|
|
How say ye, We mighty and strong men for the war? |
|
|
15
|
摩押變為荒場，敵人上去進了他的城邑。他所特選的少年人下去遭了殺戮；這是君王名為萬軍之耶和華說的。 |
|
|
|
Moab is spoiled, and gone up her cities, and his chosen young men are gone down to the slaughter, saith the King, whose name the LORD of hosts. |
|
|

|
摩押的災殃臨近；他的苦難速速來到。 |
|
|
|
The calamity of Moab near to come, and his affliction hasteth fast. |
|
|
17
|
凡在他四圍的和認識他名的，你們都要為他悲傷，說：那結實的杖和那美好的棍，何竟折斷了呢？ |
|
|
|
All ye that are about him, bemoan him; and all ye that know his name, say, How is the strong staff broken, the beautiful rod! |
|
|
18
|
住在底本的民哪（原文作女子），要從你榮耀的位上下來，坐受乾渴；因毀滅摩押的上來攻擊你，毀壞了你的保障。 |
|
|
|
Thou daughter that dost inhabit Dibon, come down from glory, and sit in thirst; for the spoiler of Moab shall come upon thee, he shall destroy thy strong holds. |
|
|

|
住亞羅珥的啊，要站在道旁觀望，問逃避的男人和逃脫的女人說：是什麼事呢？ |
|
|
|
O inhabitant of Aroer, stand by the way, and espy; ask him that fleeth, and her that escapeth, say, What is done? |
|
|
20
|
摩押因毀壞蒙羞；你們要哀號呼喊，要在亞嫩旁報告說：摩押變為荒場！ |
|
|
|
Moab is confounded; for it is broken down: howl and cry; tell ye it in Arnon, that Moab is spoiled, |
|
|
21
|
「刑罰臨到平原之地的何倫、雅雜、米法押、 |
|
|
|
And judgment is come upon the plain country; upon Holon, and upon Jahazah, and upon Mephaath, |
|
|
22
|
底本、尼波、伯低比拉太音、 |
|
|
|
And upon Dibon, and upon Nebo, and upon Bethdiblathaim, |
|
|
23
|
基列亭、伯迦末、伯米恩、 |
|
|
|
And upon Kiriathaim, and upon Bethgamul, and upon Bethmeon, |
|
|

|
加略、波斯拉，和摩押地遠近所有的城邑。 |
|
|
|
And upon Kerioth, and upon Bozrah, and upon all the cities of the land of Moab, far or near. |
|
|
25
|
摩押的角砍斷了，摩押的膀臂折斷了。這是耶和華說的。」 |

|
|
The horn of Moab is cut off, and his arm is broken, saith the LORD. |
|
|
26
|
「你們要使摩押沉醉，因他向耶和華誇大。他要在自己所吐之中打滾，又要被人嗤笑。 |
|
|
|
Make ye him drunken: for he magnified against the LORD: Moab also shall wallow in his vomit, and he also shall be in derision. |
|
|
27
|
摩押啊，你不曾嗤笑以色列嗎？他豈是在賊中查出來的呢？你每逢提到他便搖頭。 |
|
|
|
For was not Israel a derision unto thee? was he found among thieves? for since thou spakest of him, thou skippedst for joy. |
|
|
28
|
摩押的居民哪，要離開城邑，住在山崖裡，像鴿子在深淵口上搭窩。 |
|
|
|
O ye that dwell in Moab, leave the cities, and dwell in the rock, and be like the dove maketh her nest in the sides of the hole's mouth. |
|
|
29
|
我們聽說摩押人驕傲，是極其驕傲；聽說他自高自傲，並且狂妄，居心自大。 |
|
|
|
We have heard the pride of Moab, (he is exceeding proud) his loftiness, and his arrogancy, and his pride, and the haughtiness of his heart. |
|
|
30
|
耶和華說：我知道他的忿怒是虛空的；他誇大的話一無所成。 |
|
|
|
I know his wrath, saith the LORD; but not so; his lies shall not so effect . |
|
|
31
|
因此，我要為摩押哀號，為摩押全地呼喊；人必為吉珥哈列設人歎息。 |
|
|
|
Therefore will I howl for Moab, and I will cry out for all Moab; shall mourn for the men of Kirheres. |
|
|
32
|
西比瑪的葡萄樹啊，我為你哀哭，甚於雅謝人哀哭。你的枝子蔓延過海，直長到雅謝海。那行毀滅的已經臨到你夏天的果子和你所摘的葡萄。 |
|
|
|
O vine of Sibmah, I will weep for thee with the weeping of Jazer: thy plants are gone over the sea, they reach to the sea of Jazer: the spoiler is fallen upon thy summer fruits and upon thy vintage. |
|
|

|
肥田和摩押地的歡喜快樂都被奪去；我使酒醡的酒絕流，無人踹酒歡呼；那歡呼卻變為仇敵的吶喊（原文作那歡呼卻不是歡呼）。 |
|
|
|
And joy and gladness is taken from the plentiful field, and from the land of Moab; and I have caused wine to fail from the winepresses: none shall tread with shouting; shouting no shouting. |
|
|

|
「希實本人發的哀聲達到以利亞利，直達到雅雜；從瑣珥達到何羅念，直到伊基拉施利施亞，因為寧林的水必然乾涸。」 |
|
|
|
From the cry of Heshbon unto Elealeh, unto Jahaz, have they uttered their voice, from Zoar unto Horonaim, an heifer of three years old: for the waters also of Nimrim shall be desolate. |
|
|

|
耶和華說：「我必在摩押地使那在邱壇獻祭的，和那向他的神燒香的都斷絕了。 |
|
|
|
Moreover I will cause to cease in Moab, saith the LORD, him that offereth in the high places, and him that burneth incense to his gods. |
|
|
36
|
我心腹為摩押哀鳴如簫，我心腸為吉珥哈列設人也是如此，因摩押人所得的財物都滅沒了。 |
|
|
|
Therefore mine heart shall sound for Moab like pipes, and mine heart shall sound like pipes for the men of Kirheres: because the riches # that he hath gotten are perished. |
|
|

|
「各人頭上光禿，鬍鬚剪短，手有劃傷，腰束麻布。 |
|
|
|
For every head bald, and every beard clipped: upon all the hands cuttings, and upon the loins sackcloth. |
|
|
38
|
在摩押的各房頂上和街市上處處有人哀哭；因我打碎摩押，好像打碎無人喜悅的器皿。這是耶和華說的。 |
|
|
|
There shall be lamentation generally upon all the housetops of Moab, and in the streets thereof: for I have broken Moab like a vessel wherein no pleasure, saith the LORD. |
|
|
39
|
摩押何等毀壞！何等哀號！何等羞愧轉背！這樣，摩押必令四圍的人嗤笑驚駭。」 |
|
|
|
They shall howl, , How is it broken down! how hath Moab turned the back with shame! so shall Moab be a derision and a dismaying to all them about him. |
|
|
40
|
耶和華如此說：仇敵必如大鷹飛起，展開翅膀，攻擊摩押。 |
|
|
|
For thus saith the LORD; Behold, he shall fly as an eagle, and shall spread his wings over Moab. |
|
|
41
|
加略被攻取，保障也被佔據。到那日，摩押的勇士心中疼痛如臨產的婦人。 |
|
|
|
Kerioth is taken, and the strong holds are surprised, and the mighty men's hearts in Moab at that day shall be as the heart of a woman in her pangs. |
|
|
42
|
摩押必被毀滅，不再成國，因他向耶和華誇大。 |
|
|
|
And Moab shall be destroyed from a people, because he hath magnified against the LORD. |
|
|
43
|
耶和華說：摩押的居民哪，恐懼、陷坑、網羅都臨近你。 |
|
|
|
Fear, and the pit, and the snare, upon thee, O inhabitant of Moab, saith the LORD. |
|
|
44
|
躲避恐懼的必墜入陷坑；從陷坑上來的必被網羅纏住；因我必使追討之年臨到摩押。這是耶和華說的。 |
|
|
|
He that fleeth from the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that getteth up out of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for I will bring upon it, upon Moab, the year of their visitation, saith the LORD. |
|
|
45
|
躲避的人無力站在希實本的影下；因為有火從希實本發出，有火焰出於西宏的城，燒盡摩押的角和鬨嚷人的頭頂。 |
|
|
|
They that fled stood under the shadow of Heshbon because of the force: but a fire shall come forth out of Heshbon, and a flame from the midst of Sihon, and shall devour the corner of Moab, and the crown of the head of the tumultuous ones. |
|
|
46
|
摩押啊，你有禍了！屬基抹的民滅亡了！因你的眾子都被擄去，你的眾女也被擄去。 |
|
|
|
Woe be unto thee, O Moab! the people of Chemosh perisheth: for thy sons are taken captives, and thy daughters captives. |
|
|
47
|
耶和華說：到末後，我還要使被擄的摩押人歸回。摩押受審判的話到此為止。 |
|
|
|
Yet will I bring again the captivity of Moab in the latter days, saith the LORD. Thus far the judgment of Moab. |
