1	看哪，必有一王憑公義行政；必有首領藉公平掌權。
			Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.
		2	必有一人像避風所和避暴雨的隱密處，又像河流在乾旱之地，像大磐石的影子在疲乏之地。
			And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land.
		3	那能看的人，眼不再昏迷；能聽的人，耳必得聽聞。
			And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.
		4	冒失人的心必明白知識；結吧人的舌必說話通快。
			The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly.
		5	愚頑人不再稱為高明；吝嗇人不再稱為大方。
			The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said bountiful.
		6	因為愚頑人必說愚頑話，心裡想作罪孽，慣行褻瀆的事，說錯謬的話攻擊耶和華，使飢餓的人無食可吃，使口渴的人無水可喝。
			For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.
		7	吝嗇人所用的法子是惡的；他圖謀惡計，用謊言毀滅謙卑人；窮乏人講公理的時候，他也是這樣行。
			The instruments also of the churl evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.
		8	高明人卻謀高明事，在高明事上也必永存。
			But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand.
		9	安逸的婦女啊，起來聽我的聲音！無慮的女子啊，側耳聽我的言語！
			Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech.
		10	無慮的女子啊，再過一年多，必受騷擾；因為無葡萄可摘，無果子（或作：禾稼）可收。
			Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come.
		11	安逸的婦女啊，要戰兢；無慮的女子啊，要受騷擾。脫去衣服，赤著身體，腰束麻布。
			Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird upon loins.
		12	他們必為美好的田地和多結果的葡萄樹，搥胸哀哭。
			They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine.
		13	荊棘蒺藜必長在我百姓的地上，又長在歡樂的城中和一切快樂的房屋上。
			Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy the joyous city:
		14	因為宮殿必被撇下，多民的城必被離棄；山岡望樓永為洞穴，作野驢所喜樂的，為羊群的草場。
			Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks;
		15	等到聖靈從上澆灌我們，曠野就變為肥田，肥田看如樹林。
			Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.
		16	那時，公平要居在曠野；公義要居在肥田。
			Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.
		17	公義的果效必是平安；公義的效驗必是平穩，直到永遠。
			And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
		18	我的百姓必住在平安的居所，安穩的住處，平靜的安歇所。
			And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;
		19	（但要降冰雹打倒樹林；城必全然拆平。）
			When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place.
		20	你們在各水邊撒種、牧放牛驢的有福了！
			Blessed ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth the feet of the ox and the ass.
