1	耶和華對摩西、亞倫說：
			And the LORD spake unto Moses and to Aaron, saying unto them,
		2	「你們曉諭以色列人說，在地上一切走獸中可吃的乃是這些：
			Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, These the beasts which ye shall eat among all the beasts that on the earth.
		3	凡蹄分兩瓣、倒嚼的走獸，你們都可以吃。
			Whatsoever parteth the hoof, and is clovenfooted, cheweth the cud, among the beasts, that shall ye eat.
		4	但那倒嚼或分蹄之中不可吃的乃是：駱駝因為倒嚼不分蹄，就與你們不潔淨；
			Nevertheless these shall ye not eat of them that chew the cud, or of them that divide the hoof: the camel, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he unclean unto you.
		5	沙番因為倒嚼不分蹄，就與你們不潔淨；
			And the coney, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he unclean unto you.
		6	兔子因為倒嚼不分蹄，就與你們不潔淨；
			And the hare, because he cheweth the cud, but divideth not the hoof; he unclean unto you.
		7	豬因為蹄分兩瓣，卻不倒嚼，就與你們不潔淨。
			And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be clovenfooted, yet he cheweth not the cud; he unclean to you.
		8	這些獸的肉，你們不可吃；死的，你們不可摸，都與你們不潔淨。
			Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase shall ye not touch; they unclean to you.
		9	「水中可吃的乃是這些：凡在水裡、海裡、河裡、有翅有鱗的，都可以吃。
			These shall ye eat of all that in the waters: whatsoever hath fins and scales in the waters, in the seas, and in the rivers, them shall ye eat.
		10	凡在海裡、河裡，並一切水裡游動的活物，無翅無鱗的，你們都當以為可憎。
			And all that have not fins and scales in the seas, and in the rivers, of all that move in the waters, and of any living thing which in the waters, they an abomination unto you:
		11	這些無翅無鱗、以為可憎的，你們不可吃他的肉；死的也當以為可憎。
			They shall be even an abomination unto you; ye shall not eat of their flesh, but ye shall have their carcases in abomination.
		12	凡水裡無翅無鱗的，你們都當以為可憎。
			Whatsoever hath no fins nor scales in the waters, that an abomination unto you.
		13	「雀鳥中你們當以為可憎、不可吃的乃是：鵰、狗頭鵰、紅頭鵰、
			And these ye shall have in abomination among the fowls; they shall not be eaten, they an abomination: the eagle, and the ossifrage, and the ospray,
		14	鷂鷹、小鷹與其類；
			And the vulture, and the kite after his kind;
		15	烏鴉與其類；
			Every raven after his kind;
		16	鴕鳥、夜鷹、魚鷹、鷹與其類；
			And the owl, and the night hawk, and the cuckow, and the hawk after his kind,
		17	鴞鳥、鸕鶿、貓頭鷹、
			And the little owl, and the cormorant, and the great owl,
		18	角鴟、鵜鶘、禿鵰、
			And the swan, and the pelican, and the gier eagle,
		19	鸛、鷺鷥與其類；戴鵀與蝙蝠。
			And the stork, the heron after her kind, and the lapwing, and the bat.
		20	「凡有翅膀用四足爬行的物，你們都當以為可憎。
			All fowls that creep, going upon four, an abomination unto you.
		21	只是有翅膀用四足爬行的物中，有足有腿，在地上蹦跳的，你們還可以吃。
			Yet these may ye eat of every flying creeping thing that goeth upon four, which have legs above their feet, to leap withal upon the earth;
		22	其中有蝗蟲、螞蚱、蟋蟀與其類；蚱蜢與其類；這些你們都可以吃。
			# Even these of them ye may eat; the locust after his kind, and the bald locust after his kind, and the beetle after his kind, and the grasshopper after his kind.
		23	但是有翅膀有四足的爬物，你們都當以為可憎。
			But all flying creeping things, which have four feet, an abomination unto you.
		24	「這些都能使你們不潔淨。凡摸了死的，必不潔淨到晚上。
			And for these ye shall be unclean: whosoever toucheth the carcase of them shall be unclean until the even.
		25	凡拿了死的，必不潔淨到晚上，並要洗衣服。
			And whosoever beareth of the carcase of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even.
		26	凡走獸分蹄不成兩瓣、也不倒嚼的，是與你們不潔淨；凡摸了的就不潔淨。
			# The carcases of every beast which divideth the hoof, and not clovenfooted, nor cheweth the cud, unclean unto you: every one that toucheth them shall be unclean.
		27	凡四足的走獸，用掌行走的，是與你們不潔淨；摸其屍的，必不潔淨到晚上。
			And whatsoever goeth upon his paws, among all manner of beasts that go on four, those unclean unto you: whoso toucheth their carcase shall be unclean until the even.
		28	拿其屍的，必不潔淨到晚上，並要洗衣服。這些是與你們不潔淨的。
			And he that beareth the carcase of them shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even: they unclean unto you.
		29	「地上爬物與你們不潔淨的乃是這些：鼬鼠、鼫鼠、蜥蜴與其類；
			These also unclean unto you among the creeping things that creep upon the earth; the weasel, and the mouse, and the tortoise after his kind,
		30	壁虎、龍子、守宮、蛇醫、蝘蜓。
			And the ferret, and the chameleon, and the lizard, and the snail, and the mole.
		31	這些爬物都是與你們不潔淨的。在他死了以後，凡摸了的，必不潔淨到晚上。
			These unclean to you among all that creep: whosoever doth touch them, when they be dead, shall be unclean until the even.
		32	其中死了的，掉在什麼東西上，這東西就不潔淨，無論是木器、衣服、皮子、口袋，不拘是做什麼工用的器皿，須要放在水中，必不潔淨到晚上，到晚上才潔淨了。
			And upon whatsoever of them, when they are dead, doth fall, it shall be unclean; whether any vessel of wood, or raiment, or skin, or sack, whatsoever vessel , wherein work is done, it must be put into water, and it shall be unclean until the even; so it shall be cleansed.
		33	若有死了掉在瓦器裡的，其中不拘有什麼，就不潔淨，你們要把這瓦器打破了。
			And every earthen vessel, whereinto of them falleth, whatsoever in it shall be unclean; and ye shall break it.
		34	其中一切可吃的食物，沾水的就不潔淨，並且那樣器皿中一切可喝的，也必不潔淨。
			Of all meat which may be eaten, on which water cometh shall be unclean: and all drink that may be drunk in every vessel shall be unclean.
		35	其中已死的，若有一點掉在什麼物件上，那物件就不潔淨，不拘是爐子，是鍋臺，就要打碎，都不潔淨，也必與你們不潔淨。
			And every whereupon of their carcase falleth shall be unclean; oven, or ranges for pots, they shall be broken down: they unclean, and shall be unclean unto you.
		36	但是泉源或是聚水的池子仍是潔淨；惟挨了那死的，就不潔淨。
			Nevertheless a fountain or pit, plenty of water, shall be clean: but that which toucheth their carcase shall be unclean.
		37	若是死的，有一點掉在要種的子粒上，子粒仍是潔淨；
			And if of their carcase fall upon any sowing seed which is to be sown, it clean.
		38	若水已經澆在子粒上，那死的有一點掉在上頭，這子粒就與你們不潔淨。
			But if water be put upon the seed, and of their carcase fall thereon, it unclean unto you.
		39	「你們可吃的走獸若是死了，有人摸他，必不潔淨到晚上；
			And if any beast, of which ye may eat, die; he that toucheth the carcase thereof shall be unclean until the even.
		40	有人吃那死了的走獸，必不潔淨到晚上，並要洗衣服；拿了死走獸的，必不潔淨到晚上，並要洗衣服。
			And he that eateth of the carcase of it shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even: he also that beareth the carcase of it shall wash his clothes, and be unclean until the even.
		41	「凡地上的爬物是可憎的，都不可吃。
			And every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth an abomination; it shall not be eaten.
		42	凡用肚子行走的和用四足行走的，或是有許多足的，就是一切爬在地上的，你們都不可吃，因為是可憎的。
			Whatsoever goeth upon the belly, and whatsoever goeth upon four, or whatsoever hath more feet among all creeping things that creep upon the earth, them ye shall not eat; for they an abomination.
		43	你們不可因什麼爬物使自己成為可憎的，也不可因這些使自己不潔淨，以致染了污穢。
			Ye shall not make yourselves abominable with any creeping thing that creepeth, neither shall ye make yourselves unclean with them, that ye should be defiled thereby.
		44	我是耶和華你們的神；所以你們要成為聖潔，因為我是聖潔的。你們也不可在地上的爬物污穢自己。
			For I the LORD your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
		45	我是把你們從埃及地領出來的耶和華，要作你們的神；所以你們要聖潔，因為我是聖潔的。」
			For I the LORD that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I holy.
		46	這是走獸、飛鳥，和水中游動的活物，並地上爬物的條例。
			This the law of the beasts, and of the fowl, and of every living creature that moveth in the waters, and of every creature that creepeth upon the earth:
		47	要把潔淨的和不潔淨的，可吃的與不可吃的活物，都分別出來。
			To make a difference between the unclean and the clean, and between the beast that may be eaten and the beast that may not be eaten.
