1	波斯王古列元年，耶和華為要應驗藉耶利米口所說的話，就激動波斯王古列的心，使他下詔通告全國說：
			Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and also in writing, saying,
		2	「波斯王古列如此說：『耶和華天上的神已將天下萬國賜給我，又囑咐我在猶大的耶路撒冷為他建造殿宇。
			Thus saith Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which in Judah.
		3	在你們中間凡作他子民的，可以上猶大的耶路撒冷，在耶路撒冷重建耶和華以色列神的殿（只有他是神）。願神與這人同在。
			Who among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he the God,) which in Jerusalem.
		4	凡剩下的人，無論寄居何處，那地的人要用金銀、財物、牲畜幫助他，另外也要為耶路撒冷神的殿甘心獻上禮物。』」
			And whosoever remaineth in any place where he sojourneth, let the men of his place help him with silver, and with gold, and with goods, and with beasts, beside the freewill offering for the house of God that in Jerusalem.
		5	於是，猶大和便雅憫的族長、祭司、利未人，就是一切被神激動他心的人，都起來要上耶路撒冷去建造耶和華的殿。
			Then rose up the chief of the fathers of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests, and the Levites, with all whose spirit God had raised, to go up to build the house of the LORD which in Jerusalem.
		6	他們四圍的人就拿銀器、金子、財物、牲畜、珍寶幫助他們（原文作堅固他們的手），另外還有甘心獻的禮物。
			And all they that about them strengthened their hands with vessels of silver, with gold, with goods, and with beasts, and with precious things, beside all was willingly offered.
		7	古列王也將耶和華殿的器皿拿出來，這器皿是尼布甲尼撒從耶路撒冷掠來、放在自己神之廟中的。
			Also Cyrus the king brought forth the vessels of the house of the LORD, which Nebuchadnezzar had brought forth out of Jerusalem, and had put them in the house of his gods;
		8	波斯王古列派庫官米提利達將這器皿拿出來，按數交給猶大的首領設巴薩。
			Even those did Cyrus king of Persia bring forth by the hand of Mithredath the treasurer, and numbered them unto Sheshbazzar, the prince of Judah.
		9	器皿的數目記在下面：金盤三十個，銀盤一千個，刀二十九把，
			And this the number of them: thirty chargers of gold, a thousand chargers of silver, nine and twenty knives,
		10	金碗三十個，銀碗之次的四百一十個，別樣的器皿一千件。
			Thirty basons of gold, silver basons of a second four hundred and ten, other vessels a thousand.
		11	金銀器皿共有五千四百件。被擄的人從巴比倫上耶路撒冷的時候，設巴薩將這一切都帶上來。
			All the vessels of gold and of silver five thousand and four hundred. All did Sheshbazzar bring up with the captivity that were brought up from Babylon unto Jerusalem.
